Will a sales tax be placed on my order, or will I have to pay any custom duty when receiving the parcel?
-Usually, no sales tax will be applied to your purchase due, but you have to check with your customs authorities regarding maximum fabric quantity you can import without paying duties. We can also help you with the invoice value and declaration.
How can I be sure of an item’s color?
We use professional cameras under natural light and try our best but real colors may slightly differ from their appearance on your display, as it depends on your monitor settings and is not under our control. Please read Returns and Refunds Policy
Will I receive my fabric in one piece?
-Yes, of course! I Can’t Believe You Asked That! No matter how you choose to order, we’ll cut one continuous piece of each print or solid.
How many meters is 1 yard?
1 yard is equal to 0.92 meter and 1 meter is equal to 1.1 yard
Can I order fractions of yards or decimals of meters?
-Yes, you can. When adding the quantity please use . for decimal. For example, 2.3 yards or 1.7 yards.
These measurements explain what the length of the fabric cut is when you buy a fraction of a yard:
1yd = 0.92 meter = 36″
0.125 yard = 1/8 yard = 0.11 meter = 4.5″
0.25 yard = 1/4 yard = 0.23 meter = 9″
0.375 yard = 3/8 yard = 0.34 meter = 13.5″
0.333 yard = 1/3 yard = 0.3 meter = 13.5″
0.5 yard = 1/2 yard = 0.46 meter = 18″
0.625 yard = 5/8 yard = 0.57 meter = 22.5″
0.666 yard = 2/3 yard = 0.61 meter = 24″
0.75 yard = 3/4 yard = 0.69 meter = 27″
0.875 yard = 7/8 yard = 0.8 meter = 31.5″ blah blah… Just ask us and we will be glad to help you with these numbers.
What is the minimum fabric cut?
-Our minimum cut length is as much as you need but minimum amount of the whole order must be greater than $50.
Do You send fabric swatches?
-Yes, swatches are available upon request for a nominal fee of $5.
