– We accept returns on unused, uncut and unwashed fabrics within 14 days of the purchase date.
– The fabric must be in its original condition, free from any cuts, stains, or damage.
– To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order details and reason for the return.
2. Refunds:
– Once we receive the returned fabric and verify its condition, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.
– The refunded amount will exclude any shipping or handling fees unless the return is due to our error.
– Please note that the refund may take some time to process and reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Exchanges:
– If you received the wrong fabric or a defective product, please contact our customer support immediately.
– We will arrange for an exchange and provide a prepaid return shipping label for the incorrect or defective fabric.
– Exchanges are subject to fabric availability. If the requested fabric is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
